about

A new song about the old days.

lyrics

Saturdays in Sefton learning songs out in the shed
Small town dreams of the big smoke blowing up our teenage heads

I wouldn't change a thing whenever I look back on those salad days
And it's so strange to think we'd go so far by going our own way

Look ahead through all these years and places that we've been
Never lost sight of those smalltime dreams from the shed in North Canterbury

I wouldn't change a thing whenever I look back on those salad days
And it's so strange to think we'd go so far by going our own way

Late night TV, and rented DVDs, listening parties with Ol's dad's old LPs
Hoon in Col's Lancer and back out to the farm, staying up barely waking up to the roosters or my Alcatel alarm

I wouldn't change a thing whenever I look back on those salad days
And it's so strange to think we'd go so far by going our own way

What a time to be alive back then, but we'll never be there again

They have released two albums and two EPs, after an extended break they returned with a new song 'Good Years' in 2021. ... more
